Shipping Policy

At True Radiant Skin, we stand behind the quality and integrity of our formulations. While we cannot guarantee specific results due to the unique nature of individual skin types, we guarantee that our products are free from manufacturing defects and are handled with the utmost care before they reach you.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within [1–3] business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (e.g., during sales or holiday seasons), shipments may be delayed by a few days.

If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping: [e.g., 21–30 business days]

Expedited Shipping: [e.g., 14–20 business days]

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over USD$200.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. True Radiant Skin is not liable for delays caused by the carrier or unforeseen weather conditions.

3. International Shipping

We currently ship to Worldwide.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
True Radiant Skin is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

If a package is returned to us because the buyer refused to pay customs duties, we will refund the cost of the product minus the shipping costs and any return fees charged to us.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5.  Damages and Lost Packages

True Radiant Skin is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Tip: Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Lost Packages: If your tracking states "Delivered" but you have not received it, please verify the shipping address provided and check with neighbors. We are not responsible for packages stolen from your property after delivery.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Return Window: You have [30] calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

  • Opened Products: For sanitary reasons, we generally cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare products.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the nature of our products (skincare and cosmetics), hygiene and safety are our top priorities.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards.

  • Samples or trial sizes.

  • "Final Sale" items.

3. Return Process

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [5–10] business days.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company and bank; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [Insert Email Address].
